3D ForgeHub provides 3D printing, additive manufacturing, prototyping, engineering design, reverse engineering, laser cutting and engraving, and related services. Descriptions, specifications, and images on our website are for general information and may be updated at any time without notice.
3. Quotes and Orders
Quotes are based on the information, files, and specifications you provide and are valid for the period stated in the quote. An order is confirmed once we accept it and any required payment is received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where specifications are unclear, files are unsuitable for production, or the request violates these Terms.
4. Design Files and Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the files and specifications you submit. By uploading or sending files, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use and reproduce them, and that producing the parts will not infringe any third-party intellectual property, trademark, patent, or other rights. You agree that we may rely on the files you provide without independent verification.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the design files and intellectual property you provide to us. We retain ownership of our own processes, know-how, website content, and branding, along with any materials we create independently. Website content, including text, logos, and images, may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
6. Prohibited Items
You may not use our services to produce items that are illegal, weapons or weapon components prohibited by law, counterfeit goods, or items that infringe the rights of others or are otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to refuse any project at our discretion.
7. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms will be set out in your quote or invoice, and we may require payment or a deposit before production begins.
8. Turnaround and Delivery
We provide estimated timelines in good faith, but turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including supply, shipping, or force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery or pickup.
9. Returns and Custom Work
Because most of our work is custom made to your specifications, items are generally non-refundable once production begins. If a part does not meet the agreed specifications due to our error, please contact us promptly and we will work with you to correct the issue.
10. Warranties and Disclaimer
We perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, our services and website are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for determining whether a part is suitable for your intended application.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3D ForgeHub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise
to the claim.
